Office-Telemed Visits

Our patients are our first priority. We want you to be well taken care of and be available to our patients when needed. For your convenience we have both in office visits or virtual visits available to our patients.

Face to Face/In office Visits:

Our office is open and currently operating at regular business hours. Maintaining a clean environment has always been a priority of ours. To ensure proper steps are being taken to avoid & decrease any risk of exposure to our patients and our staff we require all patients and visitors to wear a face mask while in the office.

Patients are not permitted to have anyone accompany them to appointments, EXCEPT when needed to help with care.

Anyone experiencing a sore throat, fever, headaches/body aches, cold like symptoms, loss of taste/smell will require a Rapid test performed by our clinical staff prior to coming into the office.

We have also increased the frequency of properly disinfecting the office, wiping down our doors, chairs, and patient rooms.  We are happy to see you and appreciate your cooperation.

Telemedicine/Virtual Visits:
We also offer virtual/telemedicine visits for those patients unable to come in for an office visit.  Telemed/virtual visits allows our Providers the opportunity to talk face to face with you via video. Since these virtual visits will be regarded as a billable visit to your insurance company, please verify with your insurance if "telemed visits" are covered.

For High-risk patients, potential +Covid diagnosis or increased risk of exposure, a virtual/telemed visit is available.
If you appropriately qualify for a telemedicine visit, you will then be sent a link that will allow you to communicate with your provider at a scheduled time.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT:

Your appointment will take place through your smartphone, tablet or computer, using your camera and microphone. You will connect with your provider through a secure video call using Doximity.
Once your telemed visit is scheduled, you will receive a text/URL from your Provider. Patients do not need to create an account or download any software, simply click on the link and follow the instructions, your provider will then initiate the video call.

Please call our office so that we may set you up with the type of appointment that best suits your needs.
