We are a full-service internal medicine practice of dedicated, experienced physicians who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. Each physician is board certified in Internal Medicine and comes to our practice with years of experience in their area of specialty. We also have dedicated nurses and medical assistants on staff available to assist you.

Ann G. Till, MD
Dr. Till has been a part of King of Prussia Medicine since 2006. Dr. Till trained at the University of Pennsylvania Internal Medicine / Primary Care Program after completing undergraduate work at La Salle University in psychology. She completed her medical education at Temple University. Her honors include AOA Medical Honor Society, Psychology Honors Society, and Outstanding Primary Care Resident. Her areas of interest include sports medicine, women's health, as well as internal medicine. She was a college athlete while at La Salle and still coaches in the community.
King of Prussia Medicine also offers executive health through MDVIP. Dr. Fred Becker, the founder and owner of King of Prussia Medicine is also seeing patients at our practice for those enrolled in his wellness program.

Melissa Cognetti, MD
Dr. Cognetti has been a member of the practice since 2008. Prior to that, Dr. Cognetti completed undergraduate work at Cornell University and completed her Medical Degree at the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Women's Health. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine in the Primary Care / Internal Medicine Program of the University of Pennsylvania. She has had Assistant Professorships at the University of Pittsburgh and also worked at Spruce Internal Medicine Associates at the University of Pennsylvania before joining the practice. She is a member of the American College of Physicians. Honors include Phi Beta Kappa and AOA medical honor society.
